Parking

There is lots of parking at the school. In three separate buildings and administrations there is an elementary, middle as well as the high school.
The kids can request a special driver’s license at 16 if they need to drive to school or work. I was always nervous parking next to Takisha’s car. I own simple transportation. Not only because it is a blue minivan but it’s just me.
Takisha’s car is special. It’s red and hot and always shiny clean. It’s a street version of Tarik’s toy car, the Supra, that spends most of its life in the garage anticipating its next improvement.
So the day I noticed an empty spot between these two cars, I figured I’d take a little walk from a different space would do me good.
